Thank you for your interest in a Sydney Craven Memorial Fund Scholarship!

Through sponsorships and additional funds raised at the annual 5K Tutu Run and SparkleFest as well as donations from generous members of the community, we are able to award scholarships to children in Bridgewater, East Bridgewater and West Bridgewater for activities that promote individuality, growth and self-discovery.

To apply for a Sydney Craven Memorial Fund scholarship, please read the following criteria carefully to see if your child qualifies before filling out the application below.

Scholarships may not exceed $500.00 per child AND/OR $500.00 per family per year
Scholarship Recipients are only allowed to apply for 1 scholarship per year
Applicant must be 12 years of age or younger on the first day of the activity that they are applying for
Applicant must reside in Bridgewater, East Bridgewater or West Bridgewater at the time the application is submitted
All information on the application must be completed in full with as much detail as possible
Applicant must have submitted a completed application by the deadline date for the season during which the activity applying for will be taking place (see submission dates below).

*Application Deadline Dates

Spring Activities Application Submission Period: October 16th – January 30th (applicants will be informed of the decision by February 15th)
Summer Activities Application Submission Period: February 1st – April 15th (applicants will be informed of the decision by April 30th)
Fall Activities Application Submission Period: April 16th – July 15th (applicants will be informed of the decision by July 31st)
Winter Activities Application Submission Period: August 16th – October 15th (applicants will be informed of the decision by October 31st)

When you have completed your application, please review your answers and then click the “SUBMIT” button at the bottom of the page.

After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email from sydneycravenscholarships@gmail.com within 2 days that the scholarship committee has received your application. If you do not receive a confirmation email during that time frame, or have any questions regarding the application process, please contact the previously mentioned email address.
